Booking Conditions

Bookings are made by submitting a quote request, approving the quote, and paying the required deposit. A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received and the supplier confirms availability.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and supplier price changes. The confirmed price in your quote is valid for the period stated.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies by package. The balance is due before departure, typically 30-60 days prior. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation.

You must provide accurate traveller details including full names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, and passport information. Errors may incur additional charges from suppliers.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports (at least 6 months validity), required visas, and any other travel documents. We can assist with visa information but are not responsible for visa decisions.

Any special requirements such as dietary needs, accessibility, or medical conditions must be advised at the time of booking. We will pass these on to suppliers but cannot guarantee availability.

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur amendment fees from suppliers. Some changes may not be possible once bookings are confirmed with suppliers.
